I can’t recommend Hopkinton Eye enough. My 11-year-old son had his appointment here, and the staff was so patient and great with kids. Everyone was friendly, the service was quick, and they were extremely knowledgeable. A great experience from start to finish!

The customer service here is top notch - from the front desk to the Optometrists and everyone in between, I was well cared for, listened to, and treated with courtesy and patience. I felt very well looked after!

The staff and doctor were kind and thorough during my first visit. The office is clean and spacious. I was able to easily make selections based on my insurance coverage and my order came in quickly.

I highly recommend this place. I never had eye problems, but an idiotic event caused me pain and had to find an eye doctor. I found them and booked an appt. The next day I called to ask if I can come earlier based on my discomfort and they got me in an hour earlier. The entire staff was so helpful and quick to respond to my emergency. Dr. Shan Ma was so kind, gentle and quick to help me as well. They also have a very fast setup online. Really great experience all around.

This place is next level and so wonderful! The doctors and technicians are so caring and you make you feel at ease. My mom and I both go there. My mom has type 2 diabetes and eye exams weren’t easy for her. After meeting Dr Straube, the visit feels like a walk in the park. So personal and informative. She greets you with a smile and really takes her time. You never feel rushed or afraid. Today after my exam I walked away with a detailed plan I can follow right away. Compared to any previous eye docs, I’ve never felt this confident about my eye routine. With deep gratitude! Medfield Eye Associates became my new eye doctor after my former ophthalmologist retired. I specifically sought out a practice of optometrists because my eye issues are mostly about need for refractive correction. I got my first pair of progressive lenses there and they have worked fine. Paula was very helpful in helping me choose my frames and make them comfortable. Recently, I had a case of conjunctivitis and the practice got me in to see Dr. Pacheco, their newest staff addition. She was thorough, careful, professional and I trusted her assessment.

Dr.Pilotte is kind, professional and extremely thorough in her examination. She takes time to explain and also answer any questions you may have. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Very positive environment.

I had a very positive experience during my last appointment. Staff was friendly and interactive; all the individuals performing my review explained what they were doing and what they found; and said individuals offered various options as potential cures to correct problems for my consideration .

WOW, Dr. Rosenberg is amazing! Three weeks ago I had an eye issue and Minute Clinic gave me gel. Fast forward two weeks and the eye was getting worse. The eye was swollen shut, the pain was going down my cheek, and to my ear. I called the office and the person that answered was amazing. She took my information and said she would relay that to the doctor. I was not even a patient yet!! Soon thereafter Dr. Rosenberg calls me and I step her through the situation and she confirms the treatment and assures me that in 48 hours things will get better. Fast forward to today, Dr. Rosenberg contacts me to check-in to see how things are progressing. She was spot on and the swelling and pain subsided after 48-72 hours and I am so much better. But most importantly Dr. Rosenberg and this practice absolutely wowed me. Their responsiveness, service, professionalism, competency, and empathy are AMAZING. THANK YOU!!
